- 400 g minced meat (preferably lamb)
- 1 small onion
- 4 tablespoons of white wine
- 1 large ripe tomato (or 2 tablespoons tomato paste)
- Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
For the béchamel sauce
- 500ml milk
- 40 g butter or oil or margarine
- 40g flour
- Salt
- Nutmeg
- Pepper
