Hi, I’ve made the muffins and since I didn’t want to waste the zucchini water that was so green and showy, I made a sauce with onion, olive oil, salt, pepper and the zucchini water. I have plated the muffins on the sauce and it has been rich and very elegant, you could pour the sauce on top and I suppose it would also be beautiful. Thank you for the recipe.
