The world’s airlines are a business unto themselves, with hundreds of millions of dollars in profit margins on their planes and pilots and thousands of planes and crews each year.

But one thing airlines aren’t doing very well at is flying their airplanes out of the United States.

Airlines have long relied on flights in the United Kingdom, Canada and other parts of Europe to make money.

Now, however, airlines have started taking flights to China as well, as the Chinese economy is getting worse.
